Dine and lodge at the Symposium event in the historic Union Station Hotel - 1(800) WYNDHAM - local (615) 726.1001, a four-star Wyndham hotel. Ask for "In-house reservations."

You may also contact the Symposium staff for assistance. Call (615) 902.0509. The arrangement with the hotel is they give us event space and facilities, and in exchange Symposium guests lodge in the event hotel.

  Suites are two bedrooms, bath and foyer closets, with highspeed data ports, ironing boards, health club (and so on.) They come with as many roll-away beds as you want, sleeping 4 - 8+. The Union Station Hotel staff is very accomodating and helpful.

Enjoy the fine cuisine banquet Saturday night with various industry and Symposium guests. Symposium breakfast and luncheon is served Saturday and Sunday for your convenience. (Purchase meals with General Admission ticket. Banquet and meals are extra.)

Arthur's, the four-star hotel restaurant, and the Broadway Bistro, serve meals throughout the day and evening, and the bar serves appetizers until 2:30 am.
