 Special Gospel Award - Guiding Light Choir with Rev. Jeff Jerkins - $222 and trophyThe choir is currently in the studio recording a Christmas CD to be released Fall 2003, and appeared at the African Street Festival on August 9, 2003 in Clarksville, TN. "We continue to give God the praise for all that He has done and we recognize that without Him nothing is possible." 1'st Place Winners, Honorable Mentions, and others All 1'st Place winners won a free Recording Session and "Nashville Songwriting" by Jerry Cupit or carryon bag luggage. JT Deuce - first place R&B hiphop talent MD "Mad Dog" Taylor - first place R&B songwriter Rocky - (2002 1'st Place Country Talent) Is signed to record in January with release to 800 radio stations. Gene Kennedy saw Rocky perform at Symposium 2003 and signed him to Door Knob Records of Nashville. Jill Keene - Two songs signed to publishing, and quit her day job to play regular gigs from Sarasota to Orlando FL. Cheryle Correa - Signed two songs to publishing and is in negotiations on an Artist Development deal. Skye Marie Moore - Is recording master sessions in a development deal with Artist Careers Inc. Julia Housman - Wins a Branson MO talent contest and returns to Nashville September to compete for a $100,000 recording contract. Mark Robinson - Gets a cut on "Catch The Spirit", a CD of praise and worship songs from The Field Hands of Louisville, KY. He is signed to OMNIVORE ASCAP in Nashville TN. Billy J Ivers - Hosts "LIVE-N-KICKIN BLUEGRASS CHICAGO" radio show on WLUW 88.7/Chicago... and webcast on WLUW.org. Honorable mention, bluegrass. Mimi Roy - Is singing at the MGM Grand Convention Center in October in Las Vegas, NV. 
Fred Prue - (Symposium 2002 "Best Song") Grammy-nominated "Song of the Year" 2002 (first round, 45'th Academy) Fred is also negotiating a single recording contract with JIP (Just Iss Planetary) Records.
